Hyatt Hotels Corporation is a leading hospitality company with a proud heritage of making its guests feel more than welcome. Their Bangalore property is spread across 1.6 acres right in the middle of the city. It houses three ultra premium restaurants and my post here will talk about the on going food festival called Beer, Kebab and Biryani festival which is being showcased in Lido, an all day fine dining restaurant by the poolside.
The festival is open for all who would not want to miss an opportunity to get their hands at succulent Kebabs, authentic Biryani and some chilled Beer. The food festival is up for grabs at dinner time where you can indulge in freshly grilled Kebabs to go well with your chosen Biryani and yes, Beer to top it off. The menu consists of myriad variety of Indian Biryani along with a wide range of Kebabs.
While I was here to get a first hand feel of the food festival along with other blogger friends, I got to try Murg Sufiyani Biryani, Samandaru Khazana Biryani and Subz Navratan Biryani.
My personal favorite turned out to be Samandari Khazana which is an aromatic treat of mix seafood and basmati rice cooked together with cardamom and ginger. Overall, it was slightly on the spicier side.
We paired the Biryani with Shikampuri Kebab, Amritsari Macchi and Subz Akhrot ki Seekh. The kebabs were brilliantly done and the deliquesce was worth applauding. Every platter is accompanied with Mirch ka Salan, Raita and Kachumbari salad.
Executive Chef Manish Sharma and his team have pulled off a wonderful show in terms of this food festival which promises to give you a wonderful dining experience. Further details can be found below:
