Biergarten was on my wish list for a long time, but having stayed in Koramangala I always had a weird perception that why travel to Whitefield when we have better options here. I still remember going through few posts when the place was launched and the entire landscape part looked so much different than other watering holes in the city, my mind was set on the fact that next time we are in Whitefield and decide to go drinking it is going to be at Biergarten, but then time passed by so quickly that one year went by and I never got a chance to go here 😦 What brought me here was an invite to be a part of their 1st-year-anniversary celebrations and that’s what this post is going to talk about!

The minute I stepped in, it was around 6 PM, the place was pseudo packed and with the amount of greenery all around I instantly fell in love with the ambience, my perception (that Koramangala has better places) went for a toss and I was happy for the fact that every area in Namma Bengaluru now has a cult place that the local dwellers can rely upon! I picked my mug of American Red Ale followed by the IPA that gave me good company throughout the evening.

As the evening got darker we realised that the place was packed with people and it was houseful scenes, you can call it super happening! With plenty of good food and amazing company, we enjoyed the live music churned out by the famous Bangaloren band called Zehen.

The evening was fit for the special occasion and it was great to be a part of this anniversary celebrations! I on a serious note would not mind travelling here to calm my nerves down on a weekend, yes Biergarten is that amazing! Congrats to the folks who run this place, and cheers to plenty more hoppy years to come!
