No 10 Fort Cochin – Traditional Kerala Coastal Cuisine, St Marks Road
10 Fort Cochin is the latest entrant in CBD area that is all set to serve you some of the authentic dishes from traditional Kerala Coastal cuisine. The restaurant is located prominently on St Marks Road, it is in the same building as the iconic Open Box to be specific. The restaurant specialises in an array of Seafood Grills and roasts, Kerala Sadya along with a host of other coastal preparations.

Spice Terrace at JW Marriott – All New Menu by Chef Abdul Quddus
Spice Terrace is one of the many premium restaurants housed inside JW Marriott which is located steps away from the lush gardens of Cubbon Park and close to the UB City, the heart of CBD. I was here around a week back to experience the launch of revamped Spice Terrace which also included a delectable Awadhi and North West Frontier food trail designed by Master Chef Abdul Quddus.
KFC – Hangout Cafe at Koramangala!
KFC, Kentucky Fried Chicken is a subsidy of Yum! Brands and it is easily the most popular chicken restaurant in the world. KFC was first opened in 1930 and since then has has witnessed positive growth with time, there are umpteen options for a chicken lover and at the same time vegetarian folks haven’t been left out. Their current count of restaurants stands at 18,875 spread across 118 countries (over 300 in India alone!). All their outlets look alike and this probably makes them a bit less interesting, but then folks at KFC have now come up with a new theme called ‘Hangout’ with KFC, an all-new concept store that is fun, earthly and vibrant.
Helloo Delhi – Koramangala
Koramangala doesn’t shy away from options when it comes to choosing a dining destination, the entire space is packed with every kind of restaurant you can ever imagine of. But then I personally feel that there are relatively few restaurants that cater to true North Indian cuisine. Helloo Delhi is one such place located at the heart of Koramangala, 4th block to be specific (lil ahead of Flipkart Signal when traveling towards Sony world), the brand is well established and their first outlet is located in HSR Layout which was opened 3 years ago.
Health Juice Centre, Bellandur
Health Juice Centre is a nice lil outlet located slightly in the interiors of Bellandur (on road beside Tipsy Bull) and as the name suggests this place deals with food and beverages options that are inclined on the healthier side. Menu here comprises of two sections – Sandwiches and Health Juice/Milkshake, every preparation can be had in two sizes, either Medium or Large.
Fusion Food at its Best: Food-E, Koramangala
Food e is a colorful lil cafe/restaurant housed prominently near Maharaja Signal on the main road, the place is known for its dishes that are born out of various interesting permutation and combinations between Indian and western cuisine. You can also get your hands at traditional lip smacking Indian preparations if you are reluctant experiment with the fusion options available here.
Made In Punjab – UB City, Lavelle Road
Made in Punjab (MIP) made its presence felt in Bangalore on 23rd September in the most fun and entertaining way, just the way Punjabi’s are known to celebrate. Since then, it has been the go to place for a lot of folks who wish to indulge in authentic Punjabi flavors and interesting set of cocktails and mocktails.
