There are very few places in the city that are truly known to recreate the magic of traditional forms of cooking which is inspired by the Royal Kitchens across India. Indian Durbar at the Conrad Bengaluru is one such example that shouts opulence and takes your dining experience a notch above from the minute you step inside, the theme is golden yellow accentuating the strains of gold-leafed, ‘jali’ as they call it. We were here on a peaceful Sunday afternoon to check out the newly introduced menu, read on to know more about our epic lunch!

Sotally Tober – New Cocktail Menu Launch
What is Sotally Tober … or was it supposed to be Totally Sober?! For me, this is the perfect example of a situation where you’re high on good spirits and start reading things upside down. Similarly, the place itself is very catchy in the eye – you find dim lighting all around, paint splash on the walls, chairs stuck onto the roof and many such titbits that make Sotally Tober a hit among the partygoers in Koramangala. A good party place has to have amazing music, great food, and exceptionally good cocktails … Well, this post will try to give you a glimpse of what you can expect from the new cocktail menu that was launched sometime last month.
Big Brewsky – Glimpse of New Menu with Celebrity Chef Sabyasachi Gorai
Big Brewsky is one of the most popular micro-breweries in town which is known for its picturesque ambiance, good food that can satisfy any serious food lover and of course the freshly brewed beers! I have been a frequent visitor as it is located very close to my work place, and secondly the entire experience of dining here is just not about great food and drinks, instead it goes way beyond that as the place has amazingly positive and calm vibes all around.
Three Dots & a Dash, Indiranagar
Three Dots & a Dash is probably that one place in Bangalore which takes you to the tropical setting of Hawaii the moment you step in. The name Three Dots & a Dash comes from a drink which was made by one of the greatest cocktail creators ‘Don the Beachcomber, and it symbolizes the letter ‘V’ in Morse Code. V stands for victory which by default means celebration and the drink here was created as a tribute to the American soldiers who fought beside him during World War 2. I was here as part of their anniversary celebrations along with other bloggers which also marked the launch of their new cocktail and food menu.
