The word ‘Mamagoto’ translates to ‘fun with food’ and the chefs here have always managed to surprise us with their offerings. The on going Hawker’s food festival is inspired by the insanely delicious fare served at Hawker’s carts across Thailand. The vibrant platters and amazing cocktails are a visual treat in itself, so read on to know more about what’s offered as part of this food festival that is on until 31st July.
As India’s first Pan Asian café, Mamagoto has moved goalposts and made the Asian eating out experience more approachable, fun, laid back, quirky and energetic.

Thai Puchka Bites – Puchkas stuffed with peanuts, onion and lime along with betel leaf topping. It is served with sweet ginger sauce and red chilli

Surfer’s Lunch – Shrimp or Soft shell crab tempura seasoned with Coconut cream, peanuts and tamarind

Aubergine and Okra Medley – Aubergine and Okra tempura seasoned with coconut cream, peanuts, chilli and tamarind
With the Hawker’s menu, we continue with our endeavour to serve the much-loved Pan Asian menu with new elements and the signature Mamagoto twist. Start with our innovative Thai Puchka Bites or Betel leaf with peanuts, onion and lime accompanied with a sweet ginger sauce and red chilli stuffed in a Puchka shell. Surfer’s Lunch has Shrimp or soft shell crab tempura seasoned with coconut cream, peanuts, chilli and tamarind; a meal on its own.

Rice Pancake – Street style thin pancake stuffed with minced chicken or mixed vegetables and served with apple and mint sauce

Bibimbap – Sesame rice with tossed vegetables and Korean seasoning that can be had in Chicken or vegetarian versions
The Aubergine and Okra Medley has crispy Aubergine and Okra Tempura seasoned with coconut cream, peanuts, chilli and tamarind. Enjoy it with a flavourful bowl of Garlicky Rice Noodles with silken tofu and broccoli or chicken or shrimp with glass noodles and burnt garlic. Mekong Boat Chicken Curry or peanut scented curry with chicken is served with rice noodle nests. There are Korean delicacies like comforting Bibimbap and a sublime Lamb Bulgogi. Pick the Jungle Hula Hoop Curry for a tropical twist of Pineapple and Jackfruit cooked with Thai herbs, spices and coconut. Rice Pancake or street style thin pancakes stuffed with minced chicken or mixed vegetables, served with an apple and mint sauce make for a good choice for mains too.
